Digital audiobooks are non-returnable, but we always fix technical issues.
Because audiobooks are digital products that are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned once they have been added to your library.
When we will refund you
If something on our side prevents you from accessing or listening to an audiobook you have bought — for example a broken file or a delivery error — we will issue a refund right away.
How to report an issue
Open a support ticket from the Contact Us page and describe the problem. Our team will reply as quickly as possible.
